  • Security group moves to Redditch

    Lianne Cooper

    18 July 2008

A FAST-growing national security group is moving its headquarters to Redditch.
EB Security Ltd, which provides security systems and installation as well as SIA accredited uniformed security officers throughout the UK, has bought two units at Centech Park in North Moons Moat, thanks to a deal brokered by joint agent DTZ.
The new premises are currently under re-development to provide a one-stop shop in security solutions.
This includes a purpose designed and built alarm receiving centre and full electronic surveillance monitoring.
Managing director Phillip Richford said the premises will be able to demonstrate, at first hand, a full range of services to its clients.
"It has taken us quite a while to find just the right property," he said.
"Centech Park provides us with flexible, contemporary office and showroom accommodation and its location means that clients can easily visit to see product demonstrations in simulated situations.
"We are already considering taking additional space on the estate to service forecast business levels."
