A NEW employee at a specialist internet services provider on the outskirts of Redditch, is set to drive customer service forward.
As part of a 2008 expansion and growth development within the internet services sector, Netsecrets, based in Stockwood, has taken on board new sales account manager, Steve Pedrick.
He is the third major appointment to join the company this year, and as well as account management, he will be responsible for building relationships with current and new clients and providing front line technical support.
The 26-year-old has over six-years experience within IT technology, web sales and production and his recent appointment will see him working with a wide range of UK clients including CoffeeHouseDigital, BRE Global and View Strategic.
He will also be involved as the driving force behind a new media streaming brand set to launch later this year as part of the Netsecrets Group.
