Law firm launches divorce guide

A FAMILY law specialist firm with a base in Redditch has launched a new guide book to divorce.
Following demand for the first edition of Surviving Family Conflict and Divorce, after it was published last year, Woolley & Co has produced a second edition of the pocket guide to help people pick their way through the mind field of divorce.
Prenuptial agreements, how to make a separation legal, sorting finances – including pension assets – step-parents, grandparents’ rights and divorce options for ex-pats are all discussed in the book, which can be ordered or downloaded for free.
Alison Hill, who works for Woolley & Co from her Redditch base, serving clients across Worcestershire and the West Midlands, said: "Divorce is never a pleasant experience and we have found that many couples considering separation are distressed further by simply not knowing what is involved.
